    So we just bought a Griddler! Seriously it’s the coolest appliance I’ve ever bought- google it. But I’ve never owned a panini press or griddle before so I have no idea what to cook on it. Okay I know I can make pancakes on the griddle part and make a panini sandwhich with the panini press part…but beyond that I’m lost.

    Suggestions?
