    Davy Jones died?!?! I’m truly disheartened by this news.

    I was the biggest Monkees dork growing up. I lived and breathed them. This makes me so sad. Truth be told, even though he wasn’t my favorite (I’m a Micky girl), I actually teared up some at the news. I’ve got my Monkees music playing now in tribute. What a sad sad day. Wasn’t I saying earlier that Leap Day is a bad luck day??

    I couldn’t believe it either!! My mom was a huge Monkees fan, so naturally she raised me as one haah. Davy was her favorite. So sad to hear :(
