Just a great way to turn a guilty pleasure into something WAY better for you. Saw this on Pinterest. I just take a Ranch Dip mix (I use Simply Organic from Whole Foods) and add it to Greek Yogurt instead of sour cream. I can’t bring myself to tolerate the 0% one so I always go 2%. Anyway, I hardly noticed the change but it’s way better for you.

That’s a great idea. I use Greek Yogurt in a lot of things — I scramble them in my scramble eggs; I add it and cheese to pasta to make home-made mac & cheese; and … ok, maybe that’s it. Now I use it to make ranch dip too.

    Greek yogurt is the best.

This is an awesome tuna fish recipe using greek yogurt instead of mayo. I only make my tuna this way now.
