Oooo, we found it, he’s getting $129 per night. He probably had a real estate photographer take the pics. He’s got a million great reviews, all from July!

Airbnb offers free listing photography in big cities. Unfortunately not in my city. So I’ve asked someone I know to come take professional photos as soon as I redecorate the room. I’m hoping it helps cuz I’ve been getting zero views lately.

He is a real-estate agent, and when I told him we were listing our place soon, he told me he knows a great photographer. These are definitely those pics that you see in high-end sales listings.

He has literally seven reviews from this month alone and we’re only halfway through. No one complained about a dog barking, haha.

Omg and it’s a 2-night minimum. He’s got people in there every night. We did kinda notice but didn’t put it together until the other neighbor ratted him out.

Well, he’s doing something right! I just ordered a new bedding set (duvet cover, throw pillows, shams), new sheets and a bed skirt. Trying to brighten up the room so it doesn’t look shabby.

I’m also going to get a big wall mirror to hang horizontally over the bed, which I hope will improve the lighting since I can’t re-paint right now.

And I really really hope that professional photos will help.

These are seriously the best photos of anything I’ve ever seen.

I am going to check the condo docs, and if it says he can’t run an Air BnB, I’m going to send him a really nice heads-up that “Cheryl” knows and is telling everyone in the building. “Cheryl” actually accosted us in the parking lot today to tell us that she “hopes it won’t affect our sale, but SOMEONE is running an Air BnB.” Then she said who. Our open houses start this weekend, and I’m sure if she runs into any interested customers, she will tell them all about the Bed & Breakfast next door.

    She is very special.

I’m actually pissed that his photos look better than my home looks, and it’s the same unit. I’ll see my photos tomorrow when the listing comes out, and they better look as good as that. Damn.

$17 a night?? Your brother is 100% right. The price is attracting low-brow ppl. RAISE YOUR PRICE!
