It’s been pretty good for our industry. It’s paid or mostly paid. A couple years ago they added a couple extra weeks too. Paternity leave is now included too. I’d have to check the specifics.
All the nitty gritty of the next year plan hasn’t been communicated yet. We select our plans on Nov 6th, ie, Ppo Or high deductible, etc. I found out about the BC because one of my employees called. She’s trying to plan ahead.
