Just a quick “thank you” to those of you who have emailed me to let me know that an address appears at the bottom of the newsletter confirmation form. Don’t worry — that is not our home address. We were required to include an address where we could be reached, so we bought something similar to a PO Box for that purpose. I’m not sure how often we’ll actually check that box, so if you, for whatever reason, ever mailed something there, send me an email to let me know. Thank you!

Blerg. And here I was gonna walk back and forth in front of your home until I accidentally ran into you – in a noncreepy sort of way of course, like I used to do when I found out where Madonna lived in London. (Never saw her though.)
When are we gonna get the newsletter? I can’t wait any longer! No rush of course… except, RUSH, woman!

Tomorrow morning (barring any last minute complications). Then it will go out every Tuesday and Thursday morning.

I’m so excited. Tuesdays and Thursdays are also Asian and Mystery day, respectively, in my work cafeteria – yum. All in all, Tuesdays and Thursdays are officially my favorite days of the week now. And Saturday and Sundays, of course. I also like Friday because you still have TWO weekend days ahead of you. I also like Wednesdays because that’s when I see my therapist – she’s so cool, I want to know everything about her – I always hope this is the week I can get her to crack and share something personal; she never does despite my best efforts. Basically, Mondays can go fuck themselves.

Addie Pray September 5, 2012, 11:39 am

Mystery day in your work cafeteria, Addie? Hell, when I lived in a college dorm, EVERY day was mystery day in the cafeteria. We didn’t know just what kind of meat we were getting. Or even if it was meat at all. I hope that your mystery day is better than that. And if you want Wendy’s home address, I’ll give you a hint. It’s in Brooklyn, where the Rolling Stones are going to play. I mean the STONES for crying out loud. Give me shelter.

can’t get no… satisfaction

“Mystery” date has included: BBQ, Mexican, Thanksgiving in July, pizza, and burgers and brats…. so far, it’s all been great! *And* it’s all-you-can-eat *and* it’s only $5. Things like that make my day!
I’m starting to think you’re a fan of the Stones. Just a little fan.
That reminds me of that joke about the guy who knew a little German…. He was “this tall.” Meh, it’s funnier in person.

Thanksgiving in July – isn’t that a furniture warehouse commercial?
