Introducing “His Take”

A few weeks ago, I placed a call for male contributors, and was overwhelmed by the response. Longtime readers, old friends of mine, as well boyfriends, husbands, brothers, exes, friends, and co-workers of regular readers expressed an interest in contributing and lending a much-needed male perspective to the site. I’m happy to report, I’ve selected 13 smart, interesting, witty and diverse men — and I’m not just saying that because I’m married to one of them — to contribute to a new column called “His Take.”

“His Take” will answer situational questions from readers as well as more general questions about the male psyche and male behavior. In each column, which will run Mondays and Thursdays, 3-5 guys will share their thoughts on the question at hand. If you’d like to ask the guys a question, simply email me at [email protected] with “His Take” in the subject line and I’ll pass your question along to them. The first “His Take” column will go up on Monday. In the meantime, please check out the contributors bios and pics here (you may just recognize a name or two…).
