Reply To: How do you know when it’s time to leave your job?

We’re having a really hard time right now keeping people and recruiting. And it’s not just my department, although we have about 4 recs open, it’s company-wide. Our recruiters/HR kind of suck though. They’re not very responsive and there’s a lot of red tape.
