I love books set in places I’ve loved, like my favorite settings so far are Boston (which come with heavy baggage for me) and Seattle. There was a spooky crime thriller show The Killing set in Seattle the first season and I was swooning amidst all the murder and terribleness.

I also love a good Irish thriller, but I haven’t been there yet.

Tomorrow & tomorrow & tomorrow was set so close to where I used to live in Cambridge, Ma (over a bridge from Boston proper) it kind of fucked me up. It was the best of times, but it turned into the worst of times. I was even on google maps making sure I wasn’t remembering incorrectly.
