I had to explain to some millennials (this was close to 20 years ago now) that discussing porn and similar topics while on client site was absolutely unacceptable and I never wanted to have to have this conversation again. Additional topics included: Racking up hotel & flight points because you had to travel to client site, weekend shenanigans, how much money you make or spend.

Prior to that project I had to explain to two youngsters that I don’t care if they are dating, but while on client site, there should be no PDA because I don’t want to have to answer questions from the client on their dating life.

Youths are youths.
