Thank you for your kind words, everyone. ❤️ it means a lot to me. :’) I’m glad I got a safe space to talk about. Now everytime my mind tells me that things are not okay, or even ruminates – I cut it down immediately. I tell myself that I’ve already know the answers and asking the same question doesn’t make sense. It’s a spiral and I’m sure it’s anxiety related. I’ll be just fine. ❤️🤞🏻🫶🏻💕🫧
