I had a nice weekend. Had a friend, her husband and 18 month old over. Hadn’t seen her since our wedding last year. Also first time meeting her child. I made a zucchini tomato quiche. It was fairly good, maybe had too much zucchini haha. What is everyone’s go to dish for entertaining or potlucks?

My husband is away for work. I think I used the grill to make a complete meal for the first time. Pork tenderloin and zucchini. I’m so pleased how it turned out! It’s like a really large sheet tray.
