Reply To: Prolonging the inevitable

Update:
It has now been several months since I made this post. I am just now deciding to finally leave this relationship. Things have progressively gotten worse between us and we had a fight about a week ago, which made me decide to be done with this relationship once and for all. Trust between us is completely gone and he’s obviously not “the one”. It hasn’t been easy but I know that it’s for the best and I will be okay. I’ve realized that being alone and focusing on myself and my daughter will be a million times better than being in a relationship that only makes me more unhappy and miserable.
