I think I’m just starting my perimenopause journey. I’ve asked my friends about it, some of which are a few years older than me, and they kind of shrug. Wendy, you’re the only person I know who openly talks about it, so thank you.

Right now my only real symptom is hot flashes. I’m not even sure they’re that? But a lot of nights, I get so, so hot. My body feels like an inferno. So I’m guessing it’s the beginning? I even mentioned to my primary care physician this year and she basically shrugged it off too. Maybe I’ll have better luck w/ my gyno.
