We did go to Japan! Our itinerary was a little too packed, but I had so much I wanted to do and see and show the boyfriend. I have so much love for Japan. There were things I was excited to experience again and things I’d completely forgotten about… in particular, how some not-at-all Japanese experiences are still very Japanese in their own right. I’m still conversational enough to get around, ask for what I need, order food. I had a mini meltdown alone in a hot spring on our last morning because I was so sad to leave. Do know what you’re planning to see/do? I hope you have a blast (and that you will write about it).

I have been sleeping SO MUCH BETTER since starting anti-depressants last summer. I need to start walking more now that the weather is easing up and the sunsets are later.
