In case you weren’t aware, I accept submission pitches for relationship-themed personal essays and list articles. This can be previously-published content, but you need to have rights to the content, of course. I can’t offer payment at this time, but I can offer a medium-sized platform for your work (at least several thousand people will read it), guaranteed feedback (you’re familiar with the comments here, yes?), thoughtful editing, and bragging rights to your parents and friends. I’m picky and getting pickier about what I’ll publish, so please don’t take it personally if your pitch isn’t the right fit. I’m looking for unique and provocative stories, strong voices, and writing talent. You don’t have to have experience, but you do have to have something interesting to say and an engaging way of saying it. For more info, click here.

Not a submission, but just a reminder–I still want to do the DW version of The Bachelor!! I promise I’m not a Courtney–more like a Kacie B. I so would fly across the globe for ‘answers’ and then cry in the hallway when he doesn’t see the error in his ways. Erm, I’ve done the crying in hall already actually.

Just an FYI, I’m sure you are well aware of this and it’s annoying for people to point it out but in case you aren’t, I couldn’t get on the site for all of last afternoon past around 4 until very late. Just in case your server doesn’t tell you when they aren’t serving you.

Yeah, thanks, I know. A link from a major site sent more traffic than my server could handle — even the bigger server I upgraded to in December. Definitely annoying.

But at least it’s bad in a good way!

True that!
