    I love cauliflower pizza crust! I was told I should be upping my carbs, though, and we’re going to be increasing them slowly over the next few weeks. I’m admittedly a little carb-phobic (I eat them, but do make an effort to avoid refined carbs), so it’s felt weird to eat things like cereal for breakfast again. I lost over three pounds in my first week of eating as instructed by the nutritionist, though, so I suppose something’s working.
