@Copa… I bought the husband the beer advent calendar from Bottles and Cans on Lincoln.
My friends gifts this for her husband every year and he loves it. I decided to join in the fun. The catch, there’s a two-day pick up winding the weekend after Thanksgiving.October 17, 2018 at 2:33 pm #805215
Aldi sells a wine advent calendar! I just saw an article on Yahoo that it will be available in store this year in the states for the first time. Now if I could find a vodka one for myself.October 17, 2018 at 3:05 pm #805218
My husband loves shoes, including Uggs actually (yeah, not the fluffy ones), but I wouldn’t try to order him some, sight unseen. He needs to see them in the store and try them on.
Did you say whether he has a good weekend bag? Guys like those.
Another thing my husband LOVES, that he bought himself, is a Coach wallet with the Red Sox logo on it. https://world.coach.com/shop/men-new-arrivals-coachxmlb
Every time he takes it out he says how much he loves it.
He likes a fancy keychain too, don’t ask me why.

Ooh, speaking of men’s grooming. Does anyone know a good beard oil? Or some product that moisturizers the beard?October 17, 2018 at 3:24 pm #805222
Coach used to make boarskin wallets which lasted forever. They also smelled amazing. I tried to get him on but they no longer use boarskin so for Valentines I got him a Tumi wallet. I know his shoe style very well so i think the Uggs will work. I actually ordered them in 2 colors.
I need to stop buying him stuff just because so I have things to buy for Xmas. Ha. I just got him a few new shirts and a couple pairs of jeans.
Oh, yes! He wants the earbuds. Thanks for the reminder. He wears earbuds all day at work since he does programming.
Still really going to work on the pool stick as he really wants a new one. Also maybe a new case for it since he can only hold one in the case he has. Apparently he needs a breaking stick and a regular one. For sure in over my head here.
Also have to figure out what to ask him for. At least something to hint at. Really I want a German Shepherd, new Chloe bag, 100s of shoes…hahahahaha. Must think of something reasonable…and until our yard is fenced no dog, but we can’t wait for that.October 17, 2018 at 3:25 pm #805223
Oh. Husband has tried soo many beard oils and loves Jack Black. All he uses now. Said it doesn’t stay greasy once it dries and it keeps his beard very soft.October 17, 2018 at 3:26 pm #805224
Sorry @ktfran. Wouldn’t let me reply. Sometimes it does on my phone and sometimes doesn’t.October 17, 2018 at 3:27 pm #805225
Thanks! That may be a stocking stuffer this year. Since he’s getting the beer early, I may do a whole bunch of fun stocking stuffers.October 17, 2018 at 3:29 pm #805227
That’s a good idea. Love stocking stuffers!! I will also say the oil doesn’t smell like anything really. One he used the smell was ick. I like that this one is so neutral since my face is near it a lot.October 17, 2018 at 3:30 pm #805229
No smell is definitely better!October 17, 2018 at 4:51 pm #805251
I ended up ordering a beer advent calendar full of Aus craft brewer beers so I hope that goes over well. I actually got some wireless earbuds for my birthday this week, they’re pretty good! We found them on a mydeal type website, if you don’t want to go too nuts price wise there are heaps out there for pretty cheap and decent quality. I think even Aldi does them occasionally and their electronics aren’t bad quality.October 18, 2018 at 11:17 am #805341
I do not know this from firsthand experience, but I have heard good things about The Detroit Grooming Company’s beard products: https://detroitgrooming.com/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMIiqv5hbGQ3gIVEFcNCh3SrArNEAAYASAAEgKihPD_BwE (I also personally like supporting local Detroit businesses because I spent a good chunk of time living in that area.)
