I think it sounds like you do have an eating disorder and are in deep denial. A feeding tube is a pretty drastic threat. Take it seriously. I fear you need more help than you realize. Reading between the lines, it sounds like you are using the flimsy excuse of “being picky” to starve yourself. That your doctors aren’t more helpful though makes me question their capabilities…

It does seem way off. Especially since you say you’re still a healthy weight. This sounds really complicated and even less like we should be giving advice.

    “I’m annoying and picky haha.”

I say this with love, but it’s no joke if they are talking about a feeding tube. Also, clinicians don’t generally mention “eating disorder clinic” if that isn’t really the issue, as you say.

If you’re still eating the meals you used to, I’m not sure how all this weight is dropping off. Anyway, in answer to your question about how to intake more calories — peanut butter is inexpensive and highly caloric. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t like it. Put it on apples or in a smoothie or on crackers/bread.

I had the same reaction that something is off. I know for myself, my weight and mental health are pretty strongly linked. But whether you’re intentionally or unintentionally undereating as a symptom of another issue, it doesn’t realllly matter in the sense that chronic undereating can REALLY fuck up your metabolic/hormonal/internal health. So I hope you will take this seriously and advocate for yourself to “them” that you need more concrete guidance to get your health and weight on track or find a new professional that provides the level of support you require.

The clinic could be a really good thing for you. I would try to find a good therapist and avoid the feeding tube if you are actually a healthy weight, which it really doesn’t sound like you are.

I wish you good luck with getting yourself healthy again.
