In a healthy relationship, you don’t need to tell your partner who they can and cannot be friends with, because you trust that no matter who they are talking to or spending time with, they aren’t cheating on you.

In a healthy relationship, you don’t feel the need to look through your partner’s phone, because you trust that they aren’t hiding anything from you.

You don’t trust your boyfriend, and you can’t have a healthy relationship without trust. It’s hard to tell if you were already insecure and jealous, or if your boyfriend is constantly bringing up who he’s had sex with and crushes on in order to make you jealous and insecure. But either way, it’s not working.

Get some therapy to work out why you feel this way. And stop looking through his phone and asking him to cut people out of his life.
