Yeah @kate I think that is spot on. Like he filled a lot of my needs in one person. Trying hard to find healthier outlets for socialization but difficult to do right now in the middle of a lot of other stuff going on. My friends think I should look into antidepressants. Will be talking to my therapist but I don’t know yet.

I am concerned that you don’t have a lot going on in your life and that is why you are so consumed by this.
All he did was email against your wishes and say you shouldn’t reply. He has a girlfriend.
He doesn’t respect her or you.Reach out to friends, stay busy.
