I’m not sure what to think about the mixed vaccines and boosters at this point. I received the JnJ single-dose vaccine and then, 6 1/2 months later, I chose the Pfizer booster. After the Johnson and Johnson, I had no real side-effects. But after the Pfizer booster, I had three days of pain and then, a week later, I got mastitis, which I had never had, ever before in my life.
I got the Pfizer booster 6 1/2 months after the single-dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine. LOL it wasn’t as easy as I expected! The first day was just pain that spread from my left arm to my left shoulder then left side of neck, chest, back. The second day was nausea and random joint pains all over. The 3rd day was just (okay– waiting for this to end soon, since I know I am not sick!) indescribable pain nearly everywhere– every step was painful, and I felt like I had aged 20 years in two days. Next day–fine!
I love all of you guys. Just wanted to chime in and mention that, in olden days, we just had them– the diseases. I am so sorry that I am only a facts person.I had real Measles, real Mumps, real Chicken Pox as a child.
I wish that all of you will be as careful as possible for those you really care for.I know ypu can do this.

I think that if DW had existed when I was young, I would have had an entirely different life. Â Hard to even imagine how it would have been if there had been Wendy and a group like this of intelligent, experienced, intuitive, blunt, kind people like this to help figure things out along the way.
Hi Wendy! Â I was searching for advice when I found you. Â I had not dated for 20 years while I was busy raising and supporting my son, and I needed to find out how dating is done these days. Â I had just gone out on my first date in decades, and a couple of days had passed and my date hadn’t called me, so I was trying to find out if that was normal. Â (It worked out OK, we are still dating– infrequently but exclusively.) Â I’ve learned a lot about dating and relationships from you and the DW community even though most of you are so much younger, thanks!
