Thanks again for the replies. I am still working in the same organization it was a department I would collaborate with and they were happy to have me transfer. It’s a lot better of a situation.
I did write things down when they happened. I think the old supervisor definitely has some issues. She is controlling and a micromanager in general, but I was treated differently and the secretary was treated terribly much worse than me she would make her cry. We went to a meeting once and someone asked if I was the director and she got worse after that. I would show no expression. At this point I am glad to be gone speaking up won’t do anything I don’t think. I am going to counseling to address it because I don’t want to carry it with me.

Thanks for the replies. I thought of reporting it before I left, but I know how political things get. Unfortunately, if the boss was a white male hiring other white males it may be taken more seriously. In this case director is a black female hiring black females. I’m a Hispanic male and she’d go between referring to me as white and Hispanic depending on who had pissed her off. Once she told me I needed to be like Joe Biden and even though I looked a certain way I should know my place. When she moved me to the remote office it had no bathroom I had to go out in the rain and walk far, she told me now I know how the women in hidden figures felt. I think I’m still a little traumatized. I live and work in a diverse community and haven’t always liked everyone, but never felt it was discrimination.
As far as my job, I had great feedback from clients and colleagues from other departments who would request me specifically to collaborate.
She never gave me a bad evaluation they were always good. Her issues with me were personal not work related.
