You’re going to need to get treatment for the ADHD, etc.first. You’re having work issues, so the marriage troubles aren’t your only problem. Your wife had to support you a couple times. How will you support yourself and Z if you are unemployed? No money would be a major stressor. Once your head is on straight, you might be able to make good decisions about your marriage.
