Holiday Tipping, private instructor

I take private Pilates classes. Should I get my instructor a little something for the holidays? She usually has a Starbucks at our class, so I was going to do a gift card. Also, she and her husband are Jewish. Thoughts?
I always tip my hair stylist and cleaning person extra for the holidays. Didn’t know about the private instructor since she’s not someone I tip.
I mean if you can afford the haircut or the dog walk or the rent or the fitness class, you can do the tip, right?
We’re not rich, but we tip our once-a-month house cleaner the equivalent of one cleaning, and our dog walker a week’s pay. Plus the building maintenance staff some cash and a 6-pack. And our regular bartenders a good cash tip. I tip my hairdressers along these guidelines. This isn’t just a Forbes bougie thing, these are always the tipping guidelines.
For many doubling their hair budget is a lot. It said the price of one full service. So no just because someone can get a color and cut for $150 once a month doesn’t mean they can spend $300 in a December.
Heck with my hair girl I’d be spending $600 for one month. That’s getting high. She’s high as it is but worth it but to give $600 that month is kind of insane. I always tip her 20% even though she does own the salon. Plus the assistant.
I’m still a little confused too.
Certainly these guidelines make sense for when you don’t tip a service worker after each service – so dog walkers, cleaners, caregivers, doormen, etc.
But what about service workers you do type? I tip 20-25% after every haircut, every manicure, every massage. I’m supposed to give them another tip equal to a full service just at Christmas time? And if the answer is yes, am I giving them the pre or post tip amount a normal service costs? If you are supposed to tip both at the time of every service and then again at the end of the year, that does seem like a lot.
