    If you think your reactions are normal or “okay,” you really do need a new therapist. No one should act the way you are because “reasons” don’t mean anything.

    I used to be full of anger. I had a short fuse. But I knew it was an issue and I worked on it. If you think your behavior is acceptable and your family accepts it…they are enabling you. You need help. You seriously need more help then you are getting.

    Bc everyone should have a therapist. And my family does all they can to help me so does my friends so again shut up about them. Leave them out of this

    It’s really repetitive at this point. I think some progress was made and Sarah acknowledged some things, but this is probably as far as it’s going to get.
