@Kare I’ completely understand! A couple of my “friends” have become VERY judgey lately since becoming mothers. Though, my bff who married her first boyfriend at 23 and is now expecting her second child at 30 thinks my stories are hilarious and exciting and wants me to find my person but have fun doing it. So I just pick and choose who I share stories with more carefully now lol.

I have to agree LadyE, maybe he noticed that you don’t live there *yet and didn’t see the point. Or maybe he’s just not interested. I know that when I get a message from a guy and I’m just not interested, I don’t respond. And then when they badger me and ask why I haven’t responded, I tell them “not responding is my polite way of saying I’m not interested.”
Either way, if you found at least one guy you’d be interested in, I’m sure there will be more! Next!

@mrmid I think we’ve all made that mistake before.
I got hugged by the dishwasher that had meth mouth near the convection ovens. That was kinda traumatic.

This thread brings up great memories of the summer I worked at a golden corral in high school. Did anyone else work at one? I was in charge of making the desserts. We never had cinnamon rolls though. Usually just some sad looking bread pudding. My cookies were badass though.
Anyone wanna chime in with their favorite buffet food? Mine was the macaroni and cheese. Like crack cocaine man. RIP Golden Corral.
