I really loved the simultaneous depressed-teenager post while calling other posters sluts. Classy.
Lately I’ve been just checking this thread because I’m just not into weeding out real vs fake.
In other news, I’m trying to figure out Halloween. My coworker keeps mentioning his friend’s annual halloween party and how awesome it will be and how I’d have a great time, but hasn’t actually invited me. My FWB might be out of town because he usually travels to Salem or New Orleans for Halloween. So my plans for now are to go out with my friends and their boyfriends and see if they can wingman for me haha.
I’m also taking myself on a date Friday. I’m going to this horror themed ballet. I’m going to dress up, take an uber, drink champagne, and just basically spoil msyelf. 🙂
I need to find this pookie post and entertain myself in the bus.

Ver, if I were in your position, I’d be doing the same as you. I mean, hello, he lives three hours away and has weekend commitments. I think every few weeks seeing each other right now is perfectly acceptable. Especially when you talk every day! If he didn’t like you, he wouldn’t bother.
kare, that sounds like a fantastic saturday. I need to take a mental health day soon and have a ktfran day, which would consist of yoga, lunch somewhere fun and a couple of drinks, then either shopping, a movie or a massage.
I’m dressing up as a mermaid for halloween. 🙂 I was supposed to do a group costume for our halloween party at work tomorrow, but one girl ended up taking off. So now I think my last minute work appropriate costume will be a crazy cat lady. I was a cat this weekend at the library when I volunteered, and this weekend I’ll be a fairy. (Can you tell I like halloween?)

Halloween is my favorite holiday so I’m having a “Haunted Housewarming” this weekend (even though the house is nowhere near unpacked and decorated lol) There’s plenty of Halloween decorations up and I just want people to come eat and drink and see the new house!
I didn’t invite Tinder Teacher because a.) I don’t think I’m ready for him to meet that many of my friends and b.) I’m sure he’s not ready to meet that many of my friends lol. I’d be filled with anxiety and worried he was having a good time the whole night, so maybe he’ll get invited tot he next party. We’ll have our private party next weekend!

I’m going to a Hallowe’en party on Friday and also going as a black cat as it didn’t need too many things buying for it. I’m not really looking forward to it – it’s a friend of the Cockney’s and the one time I met her, she wasn’t too friendly to me. Hopefully she’ll be nicer this time!
