Maybe something like an arcade – so you can interact and get to know each other or focus on something else if you’re really not enjoying their company.

MissDreOctober 11, 2016 at 11:18 am #647992Ummmmm I’m not really sure what to say to this….
Him: Btw I deleted Tinder. I couldn’t go any further with an app like that on my phone.
Me: Ok… why do you feel that way?
Him: I don’t know to be honest. I’m not cut out for that.
Me: Ok. Whatever works for you 🙂
What else should I say to this? Or should I leave it alone? I just found it a bit odd and now I’m not sure what his expectations are.
KateOctober 11, 2016 at 11:28 am #647995Honestly, I would just bail. I wouldn’t even go on a second date with a guy I wasn’t at least confident I could have a good conversation with. It’s fine not to know if you’re into him, but if you’re not even sure you could get a bite to eat and be able to talk comfortably, nah. Plus telling you he deleted Tinder is just awkward and weird. There is no reason to be blurting out things like that after one date.

Also, just want to clarify: It’s not that I think I can’t have a decent conversation with him. Going for coffee last week was pleasant. It’s just that he seems very reserved and I sense that there’s more underneath the quiet exterior (whether good or bad, I don’t know yet). He could be just shy, or he could be weird and/or not compatible with me. I thought I’d at least give it a second date to see if he we get to know each other any better.
But yeah, I think it’s a bit odd that he’s telling me he deleted his Tinder.
