I had a great date: We lazed around on sunday, ordered 5 Sushi platters, ate it ALL and watched Netflix and snuggled in bed. It was wonderful.
I had a nice date on saturday. It was our first anniversary yesterday for my boyfriend and me. On saturday we had a five-course italian candlelit dinner and yesterday, on our actual anniversary, we hung out watching netflix, then we went for gelato and later we watched some more netflix. I loved the way we celebrated. It was an amazing year, hopefully the first celebrations of many.
It was just great, to be honest, it wasn’t even our Netflix account, it was the house account of my bf’s house…so ‘free netlix’. LOL
I guess I mean the “netflix date” thing, and why it’s a thing? Is it code for sex, or really watching something?
I think it’s probably a thing because it’s a specific platform. Like you might have watched a movie before but now you’re not popping in a movie. You’re watching Netflix. I don’t think it’s code for anything. Well not code for anything more than ‘watching a movie’ is. I’m sure sometimes it means having sex.
I’ve now been told I am old and married and apparently there is a ‘thing’ where Netflix and chill means sex. I just use Netflix as a verb in general because it’s how I watch tv!
