Wooooo!! New Years make out session 😀 Glad it went so well 🙂
I actually have some fun plans for NYE this year. Figured I should get out and not sit at home and be boring. So I am tagging along with my friend to her brother’s friend’s party. We won’t get all dressed up though….that is for tomorrow!
My friends and I are going to see the Nutcracker in TO, so we said we would all get fancy and wear heels 😀 I have an awesome and gorgeous long scarf that is an orange/red color and has butterfly wings all over it. Crazy story about it though, I got it for free and by the absolute graciousness of a customer at work! I complimented her on the scarf and she said ‘here take it! I accidentally grabbed two at a sale a while back, so have this one, I have another at home.’ I was flabbergasted. And now I have been waiting for tomorrow so I can wear it and flaunt it around 🙂
I also enjoy this thread! Keeps all our adventures from clogging the forum with various posts! Also helps give my friends a break from listening to my men issues haha

And I am just gonna stop looking for a FWB’s. The gods have prevented me from establishing one for quite some times now, and I need to stop looking haha

Well I have given up on my FWB. I contacted him earlier in the week to confirm plans for yesterday, and he said he would confirm later in the day because he may be out of town for xmas. Aaaaand he never got back to me. He sent me an xmas greeting on christmas, but no mention of our plans the next day or an apology for not getting back to me. This is the second time he has just bailed on me and never gotten back to me. So after this weekend I am no longer making any effort with him. Really sucks cause the sex was great and fun, and he was so handsome! But I am not gonna deal with this crap from something that is supposed to be fun.
Finally got a date set with my FWB on boxing day, after a month of not seeing him. I hope there is sex too, cause a month of no sex when I have a FWB is not cool. We have tentative plans to do either a movie or lunch, but no mention of going back to his place. But I will try to make that happen.
Speaking of Tinder dates, this women went on 150 of them and analyzed them giving pointers to men (although I am sure a video from the other side could also be useful)

I have had 3 manicures in my lifetime, the most recent was last week, and due to my job (food service) I have destroyed them already :S They were a dark midnight blue. So nice to get my nails to look so perfect!
I do have a sparkle top coat, which I love to use over some bright colours, so thinking I can do that on the weekend and use my red nail polish to make it festive 😛

One of my ex’s co-workers brought her ex as a date (and that was her current ex not NOW ex)…so really no pressure haha

I went to a military gala with my ex, which was to celebrate the ships 20th anniversary. We were dating for a bit by then but honestly there wasn’t a whole of socializing. Mostly just keeping him company and dance a bit. He talked with a lot of his mates at the table, and aside from some mild chatter they didn’t ask detailed questions about us. SO probably less awkward then it seems if you were to go.
