Day 4: other than the slightest, dullest lingering ache in my arm —- nothing. I lucked out it seems. I really came through this vaccination process relatively unscathed.
As ktfran predicted a few days ago.
PS: to ktfran —- call me Patient 11.
@BGM – glad you got through it. Now (sadly? happily?) you likely won’t die of COVID-19.
@CurlyQue, have you had luck finding anything for your grandmother?
Eligibility for 16+ opens here on Thursday, and I was able to make an appointment for Friday morning in the next county over! The county sites are now open to anyone who lives or works there (my office is there). The website crashed last night but I tried again on a whim this morning and one location had availability! I don’t know which mfr. it is, but I’m just glad to finally be able to sign up.
Well, it will definitely be either Pfizer or Moderna. They’re stopping J&J.
Yup, I saw. I’m not too worried, I guess I’ll find out soon enough!
I’m four weeks out on my JJ so hopefully no clots here.
They were saying if you’re 4 weeks out you’re in the clear. My co-worker just got hers last week…
And on that note, it’s so weird that everyone shares this medical info with co-workers.
It’s a weird time. I got tons of questions about my COVID symptoms from coworkers because people were curious about it.
Uh yeah. No clots here. Not gonna lie. The news today was… kinda… alarming!
The news I read this morning, it was six woman who got clots. One died. One in critical condition and the others are ok. Still…
And yes, everyone is sharing vacc info. Such a weird time!
