It makes your periods irregular and makes you start bleeding if you’re past menopause. And that’s if you just come into contact with a vaccinated person. There are many, many reports of this!!! Why is the media not talking about it? It makes magnets stick to your arm! It makes you keel over dead.

Yes, they like to feel they have better information than other people. That they have done their research and are informed. That they aren’t sheep. They also frankly just want to piss off liberals.

ugh, what is this “sheep” shit anyway. I’ve seen it on too many people’s social media, or heard people retort “oh you’re a sheep.”

Sheep are followers. They blindly follow. Look at sheep in a field, and they cluster and follow. Therefore if you follow whatever the talking heads are saying – then you are a sheep. Whereas these idiots see themselves as wolves (which are absolute pack animals as well).

Of course now, the seditionists are trying to use the excuse that Fox and Newsmax and everyone else led them astray and they followed without thinking…. so basically admitting to being the sheep they so hate. So yet again, we have a perfect example of “You’re all _______” being a prescient claim. (See: Democrats are pedos, or BLM are racists, or Libs are liars).

The sheep come from George Orwell’s Animal Farm. They do not question and blindly follow whatever the government says. Adherence is the most important thing.

So the CDC now says that if you’re vaccinated you don’t have to wear a mask indoors or outdoors in most situations (the exceptions seem to be on airplanes or in healthcare facilities).

Since the Venn diagram of people who refuse to get a vaccine, think Trump really won the election and called COVID a hoax and refused to wear a mask is nearly a circle, I’m mostly okay with this.

I feel for people who cannot get vaccinated, but the reality is the mask-hole/Covid deniers weren’t ever going to get vaccinated anyway. We can’t wait around on them to do the right thing, so maybe we can exclude them from life until they do. Tell them to think about it like telling grandpa he had to wear pants. Or whatever.

I remain… surprised at the CDC announcement. Seems a bit soon to me. But then… really… what do I know?

I was also surprised by the decision/announcement. I can see myself still choosing to mask up in at least some situations where it’s optional.

My mom is in town visiting. She lives in a different state that’s currently a hotspot and we went walking through my area yesterday. She was surprised how many people in my neighborhood wear masks just walking down the street or whatever. I guess it’s very different where she lives.

The CDC decision was surprising and it seems like it will have a lot of implementation issues. Are grocery store clerks now supposed to figure out who is vaccinated? It seemed to take a lot of local/state authorities by surprise too.

I’m absolutely still going to wear my mask in the grocery store, other stores, etc. And I truly hope most stores in Chicago still enforce it. I’ll absolutely still wear it if, at a restaurant, going to the restroom or walking past other diners. It’s no sweat off my back.

Yeah, I think I will still wear masks when out in public indoors, too. But I have stopped wearing one while out on my 3 or 4 mile runs. Which I must say was really, really unpleasant.

Yeah, I truly don’t understand the argument that this will incentivize the unvaccinated. I mean in theory, yes, I get it since the new guidelines are for vaccinated Americans, but in actual execution, I don’t since we have no way to know who is and isn’t vaccinated. I’m sure there will be unvaccinated folks with zero desire to get vaccinated who will happily ditch their masks.

My boyfriend and I did see someone last weekend at the store without a mask. It was weird, people around here have been pretty good in my opinion. The guy she was with (presumably her partner) was masked up. I was giving her death stares at the checkout line. I assume businesses here will continue to require masks.
