Hahaha my mom bought it a while back and thinks it’s great. Then I guess she got my aunt to buy it, and she sent me a photo of a family zoom call and was like, Kathy’s hair looks so cute now with that brush!
I hope they come out with a large brush attachment that works like the Revlon but better, with the Coanda effect and the heat regulation for damage control.
I asked for it. The brushes don’t do much for me either, except I do find the one with the pink tips to be useful for smoothing out my roots before doing beach waves. Like a pre-styling tool. And detangling.
Yup, you don’t strictly need the long barrels, but they are nice. Especially if I’m wrapping the hair around it from the root manually, I can spread it out more and it dries faster / more evenly.
Oh yeah, that should work. Sometimes I spray a part with water if I want to touch it up later.
Also, if you keep it, and your hair is past your shoulders, consider getting the long barrels. Mine didn’t come with them, not sure if yours did, but they’re great.
I messed around with it first on dry hair too, but it doesn’t hold. It wants your hair damp, not dry or wet.
I do my makeup while my hair ceases to be soaking wet, then I rough dry the roots for a minute or two. Then I section and go in with the bigger barrels. The skinnier ones are just too much for me because my hair really holds a curl, but maybe I can figure out what to do with them. I do this on hot for 10 seconds and then the cool shot button for 10, then turn off and slide it out. Don’t touch the curl at all. When you’re done with your whole head, leave it alone for 10-20 minutes before running your fingers or a brush through.
If you do beach waves, spray each one with some spray as you let it down! Could be hair spray or I use Kristen Ess soft wave spray.
Women don’t shoot people much. Men are responsible for 9 in 10 homicides, the majority of which are done with guns.
Keep in mind there’s a bit of a learning curve, figuring out what works exactly for your hair (level of dampness, sizes of barrels, etc.), so try it more than once!
My arm hurt worse with the second Moderna. I think that’s typical. But the soreness also went away faster.
I heard my cousin in his 30s got the J&J in NC and felt like he had the spins all night long. THAT would suck. I’ll take my fatigue and fever over that.
So I’m working for a big company, and they’re bringing people back on a volunteer basis for now. Their vision for the future is for people to be in the office for necessary things, and kind of redesign spaces for collaboration and innovation. But there will be a lot more flexibility for people to be at home than there used to be. They feel that when things are *entirely* remote, we do lose some ability to collaborate and innovate, which is valid. And of course connection.
My company sent a link today where you can voluntarily report your vaccine status! So weird.
That really sucks. I’ve been thinking about the world implications of the A-Z and J&J clotting instances.
