Yeah, all the sugar in booze keeps me up. I used to use herbs but strangely, Advil pm is safer or (at least more is known about it) during breastfeeding. It could be your adrenals. I used to take adrenal balancing pills, and actually quit coffee for a long time and that really helped.

A bakery I used to live next to had Ocean Rolls! Oh my god. The best. Ocean because they were in the shape of a nautilus, and sticky cardamom delicious insides. So good.
