I’ll write my opinions about designer logo bags under a fake name so you all won’t know it’s me.
I’ll pick one about designer logo bags. I’m not shopping much at the moment.
Umm, MG, Heitz Cellars is one of guy’s favorite cab’s. Just saying.
AP… he’s actually great with kids! Well, I don’t know about babies, but 1-yr-old+… he’s effing fantastic. However… the kids talk… we’re leaning towards a no. Neither of us feels strongly about having one, but would if the other felt strongly about it. So… unless in the next few years I decide I really want a child, or he decides he does, it’s not in the cards for us. The older I get, the less I want one, which I think is opposite of a lot of women. But I do know we’d both make great parents. Although, we should come see you!!!!! And your adorable little son!!!!
KM – Me and the guy were the exact opposite. I introduced him to a lot of people the first five months of dating. Including friends and family. He was integrated pretty early. It took him the five months to finally start introducing me to people. This was a point of friction for me… as I felt he didn’t care about me as much as I cared about him. I was wrong, of course, but anyway… we finally worked it out.
I’ve been reading this thread, but obviously commenting less. I’m glad you’re having fun KM! And I’m glad this new guy seems pretty cool. Yay for you!
Things are going well with the guy. We’ve talked about a lot of stuff. Kids. Finances. Houses. Marriage. We just went on a long trip together and survived a horrible airport experience. I guess things are more than well. They’re pretty great.

Yay Kmen! Go and hopefully have fun. It’ll be a good distraction and I do think it’s nice that he asked you out again at a later date, when you were more ready. That’s awesome that he was listening to you and proceeded accordingly.

Thanks Sky and Kate. I knew I was probably being weird about it. I have no problem accepting small things. Larger items make me a bit more uncomfortable. It’s an extremely nice gesture. I’ll tell him we can make the switch.
He probably would prefer it anyway since we watch a couple hours of TV at my apartment every week anyway.
Quick question. The guy bought a new TV because he wanted one. He asked me if I wanted his old one. It’s a lot nicer and bigger than mine. Actually, I still have an older TV, from like 2004 or something, so it’s not even a thin flat one. This doesn’t bother me because I barely watch TV anyway. I told him I’m not sure and I didn’t completely feel comfortable with a big gift. He said it was up to me and if I didn’t want it, he’d give to a family member or something.
Would you accept the TV or no?
It actually might be more of a pride thing for me.
Sorry I’ve been MIA. Since I’m not dating, but in a relationship, I decided not to post until there was big news, either good or bad. Right now, things are going splendidly, so I don’t foresee bad news coming. Fingers crossed.
