@TheLadyE, do you know when you can get the vaccine? The rollout is incredibly slow, but I think it’s now anyone 65+ OR with an underlying condition, at least in my state? Have you called your doctor and asked about when and how you can get it?

It seems like your mental health struggles are making you kind of swing between extremes of safety and danger, where you’re either completely isolated at home in bed or you’re doing something high-risk like having family over, going to an indoor restaurant, or thinking about going to a wedding.

Absolutely no on the wedding. Send your regrets. Find out when you can get the vaccine. Get it. No more standup comedy, socializing indoors, or seeing people outside your bubble until you’re immunized. I definitely understand how depressing this is, but there’s an end in sight.

I don’t know what to say about your friend unfriending you. That seems harsh. But everyone is on edge right now, and I do judge people I see doing high-risk things and posting pictures.

Um, you need to be a better person and tell your wife what you’re doing. Stop hiding behind your dumb excuses like “it was just physical!” “Many married men have sex with men!” And actually do the decent thing and be honest so your wife can decide for herself. Right now you’re cheating and you’re depriving her of her autonomy to make an informed decision. Sorry, it’s not her responsibility to probe and push you to admit you’re having sex with men. It’s your responsibility to stop being an asshole and tell her the truth.

Either way, I think the older you get, the less you need.

Maybe a full-coverage foundation does. I always just use my fingers and it’s quick. I think both powder and liquid foundations can range from more sheer to more full-coverage. I don’t really see a difference. Either way, you’re putting something over your skin to provide some coverage and some evening-out and making a canvas for your color products.

Curious what you think is the big difference between powder foundation and liquid.

Yeah the essy lash serum is not too expensive and caused several people to ask if I got something done. I always had long lashes but like 1.5 years ago I noticed they weren’t as great so I looked around and bought that stuff. Saw a difference within a few weeks. No irritation.

Yeah, I got a growth serum on Amazon called Essy something that made my eyelashes grow long to the point that several ppl noticed, and it’s supposed to work on brows too… but I don’t have a thyroid issue that I know of.

I started leaving my brows alone when the pandemic began, just trimming a bit with manicure scissors and plucking strays, and they’re better then when I was having the Benefit pros shape them.

I use Benefit Hoola bronzer, Dandelion blush, and their hydrating concealer stick.

BH Cosmetics makes awesome shadow palettes. I think you can get them on Ulta. I use the Hangin’ in Hawaii one. It goes on sale a lot for $8-$10.

Right now very much enjoying Cover Girl Lash Blast Volume (orange tube) mascara.

I have tried that one and the Urban Decay, and the Milani dupe works as well for me.

That’s dumb that they don’t make the NYX brow mascara in redhead shade(s).

Also re: Gimme Brow, I used it for years and loved it, but NYX Tinted Brow mascara, at least the blonde one, is just as good or better. I’m on my 2nd or 3rd tube.
