Your instinct will be to heat it. Ice it! From having similar problems and seeing professionals about it, they all said to ice the area. 10 minutes on, some time off, 10 minutes on again.
I have absolutely no problem with someone traveling alone. JD and I even asked for more details before we passed judgement.

WOW! Absolute worst. 1. I’m not sure why you wanted a child in the first place. You obviously hate being a parent. 2. You’ve mentioned that you’re a scientist in several replies. Who the fuck cares? Being a scientist does not make you a good parent. Not sure what you’re trying to prove? 3. Your disabled son is doing poorly because you’re a shitty parent. It doesn’t take a fucking scientist to figure that out. It takes a human, which you’re clearly not.

I do gel for long trips, otherwise I get manicures. Most of my manicures last at least 5 days and I get them once or twice a month. I keep my nails short, which I think helps with chipping? Or maybe it’s in my head? And I keep them under the dryer for a minimum of 15 minutes.
Gel manicures haven’t ruined my nails, but I don’t get them consistently.

I’m sporting some purple flats today. I’ve been wanting to try M.Gemi FORVEVER and the husband bought me a pair of purple suede shoes for Christmas. They are so comfortable. He said the customer service was outstanding. Expensive, yes, but I’m in love.
