haha ya I told him I was at a craft show a few weeks back and he was so excited cause he likes them too! So I suggested it as a ‘get out of the bed’ idea. He also likes doing walks around neighbourhoods to look at architecturally interesting houses and christmas decorated houses, which I am too. Sooooo liking this guy right now 😛
I don’t blame your disappointment, that would turn me off as well….
Unfortunately I am in a situation right now where I am pretty dependant on my parents, living at home, working a minimum wage job and still trying to find a ‘real’ job. But I hate it and want out ASAP haha
I finally got a second “date” with my FWB Wednesday, which wasn’t too bad. Sleep over too! Although we don’t have another time set up… aside from a craft show thing in 2 weeks.
I usually ask those questions after a few months simply out of curiosity. Sometimes it comes up naturally in conversation though. Most of the time the baby talk doesn’t mean much to me, I am not looking to start a family yet, but always good to know anyways so that if it does get serious I know where they stand.
haha the salon the barber shop, all the same, a place for men and women to gossip and swap stories. It’s the equivalent to DW hehe
As much as jimmyjam can be a bit harsh at times, it is nice to have a males perspective and see another side.

Ugh so plans today for the new FWB I met last week were cancelled last minute this morning. We were talking yesterday and I asked if we were still on for today’s meet because it sounded like he had a lot on his plate (he is leaving for a trip to NYC tonight for a week and had a lot of stuff to do apparently). And finally after sending a follow up message this morning he finally responded and said sorry he would need to cancel. Found out his health card had expired and needed to get it renewed before he left, otherwise no travel insurance. So ya that sucked balls. We had been working each other up for today and then only after I asked twice he finally confirmed my suspicions. He apologized and explained everything, but still sucks. Thank god this isn’t a relationship otherwise I would have schooled his ass on communicating.
I did some serial dating a couple years ago when I discovered online dating. It was nice to have a couple nights a week dedicated to going on a date. It did get exhausting and now I try not to do that anymore. Max talking to 2 guys at once. But I usually decide after the 2nd date whether I want to continue seeing the guy, or after the 1st depending.
And I really hope things get sorted out with TT guy. It did seem like you were really into him, and enthusiastic to overlook the distance and make the effort, as did TT. But sometimes even enthusiasm has it’s limits, and what ever happens happens. In the end you need to do what is right for you as a person mentally and physically.
@Lianne I am still looking for a FWB, and found one! Had a nice walk downtown, and then we went back to his place 😉 Just what I needed! hehe He is leaving to New York next week so we are gonna try and get together before then.

So I decided to re-open my Tinder account as I have given up on Kinky guy from OKC. I ended up finding a lovely dude! 3 years older, super fit and smoking hot 😉 We have a fair bit in common, and seem to get along through messaging and the chemistry there fits very well. I have expressed my excitement to see him, and he has as well. So I am hoping for a winner! We have a coffee “date” tomorrow afternoon at a place nearby, so fingers crossed!
Found out I get Saturday off, so going to the annual craft show at my High School! Gonna be weird wandering the halls again after 5 years! Also…crafts <3
I don’t think whether you pay for the services or not makes much of a difference. Frogs (both men and women) will go anywhere. Just depends on your bullshit detector and whether it’s working properly.
I don’t have any weekend plans yet, but Thursday I am doing coffee with a friend after work, and then Friday I am visiting my cousin and her BF with my bro to do drinks in their area. So that will be fun 😀
I still haven’t made plans to see Kinky Guy any time soon. We chatted a bit on the weekend, but after coming back from Florida 2 weeks ago he got the flu and a throat infection. So I am waiting on him to contact me once he is better since when we last talked he said that was what he had, and def won’t be making plans till he is better. Sounds like he is still interested, but not holding my breath. Otherwise I will move on and find someone else. Kind of surprised I even stuck with him after all these things happened, but I really have no motivation to go back online and search for another FWB. Tinder might be an option later. But until then I will see where this goes.
Wow….I can only imagine your emotions right now LadyE. Stay strong, positive, and most importantly, be selfish right now. Do things that make you feel good and benefit yourself. Screw guys for a bit and just enjoy having your ME time. And don’t let your age hold you back, that is something that should not be on your mind. Get your best buds together for your B-day, drink, eat, and party!
