    Well those people aren’t high risk or at risk of serving up bullshit so it’s fine.

    Oh whatever, she should feel bad! Everyone who didn’t go see their family should feel good about themselves.

    We did go to my parents’ for dinner. I never see anyone and barely leave the house, and my brother visits them every weekend anyway. But I still felt guilty about it. You really can’t win. Better to stay home though, that’s the right thing.

    My brother has gotten so big, and his hygiene is so bad, they set up a room in the basement for him to sleep, with all the older furniture they’re not using. It’s not a finished basement either, though it’s very nice and dry because it’s a new house. He loves it though because it has a couch and a TV. He also has to sit in a special chair they got for him in the living room. I feel bad being around him because he’s a hot mess. His car had two flat tires and he claimed not to know how it happened, and my dad had to figure it out and tell him what to do. He’s like a child, but he’s 48. It takes me back to being a kid and all the bullshit. I was exhausted after spending that brief amount of time with them. Shit.

    Older people do not seem to be able to stay away from their grandkids! I hope she stays well.

    @KTFran
    , my husband got it first, and then I wanted it, so yeah. Then my dad saw mine and wanted one.

    Only thing is it CAN scratch if it comes in contact with something sharp. At least the aluminum one.

    It’s the Ridge wallet. I have rose gold. It’s really good for either a tiny purse or just to stick in your pocket, for pandemic times when you don’t carry a real bag.

    I’d rather these forums not be a place where we give medical advice or recommend drugs, in general. It’s pandemic times though so I guess smoke em if you got em.

    Although yes, I do have a neighbor who’s a doctor and Harvard professor who I might speak to at the dog park.

    I would take covid advice from doctors, saneinca. Not sure wtf you are referring to with walking in the park.

    The doctors *on the news* were pretty concerned that that particular drug could actually kill the president.

    Yeah, maybe don’t recommend things like heavy steroids that can actually kill you based on something you saw on the news.

    Oh yeah, that was more in response to needing a massage. Stretching helps a lot for just that muscle tightness, but if you have more serious issues you need a professional.

    I’ve had bad muscle pain in my lower back on and off (I think from certain workouts with weights), and found that stretches do the trick. I just looked on YouTube and found good stuff. Earlier this year when we were still in the office I’d go in the yoga/meditation room that you could lock the door, and do some stretches. Seated cat & cow in particular always loosened it up.

    We’ve had them a long time and I had no idea they cost that much until I looked them up today. Yikes. But I have to say worth it. Fitness was one area where we were actually prepared.

    MG, those are the ones we have. They’re awesome. Take up very little space and go from 5 to 50 lbs.
