I came from The Frisky, which I’m pretty sure I found using stumbleupon. I forgot about that thing.
Diablo- I totally know what you mean by never getting that “falling in love” feeling again. It’s an amazing feeling. I remind myself that it comes with insecurities, not being sure about the other person, instability, etc. Sometimes I take a bath and a glass of wine (juice now, yay!) and I remember all those feelings of when my husband and I first got together. It’s almost like being high on a person. But I agree, I would never give up what I have now for that feeling.
December 5, 2012 at 1:14 pm #47754I came across City Wendy a LONG time ago; I don’t quite remember how. I have followed you ever since.
That came out way more creepy than I meant.

December 6, 2012 at 8:13 am #47896I had never heard of The Frisky until you guys mentioned here on DW. I’m not much of a blog reader. DW is the only site I read religiously, or at all. God, I’m so boring, my daily web surfing goes like this: DW, FB, weather.com, DW, DW, Chase, DW, DW, FB, DW, and then DW again, times 10. And now I read Dan Savage once every few weeks because someone here recommended it. Although lately I’ve been adding room and board, crate and barrel, and west elm into my web surfing because I’m looking for The Perfect Couch. Btw, does anyone know where I can find The Perfect Couch? I’m tired of looking.
But to answer the question, I got to DW like this: a friend recommended City Wendy, I became hooked that day, but then 2 seconds later, Wendy announced Dear Wendy and I’ve been obsessively reading DW ever since.
